  • We were retained by an engineering company that had been approached by an international buyer.  Through the application of our systems we found that the buyer only wanted one of two divisions of the seller’s company.  We split the company and sold the one division at no reduction of the original offer price.  The seller continued to operate the remaining division.
  • In another situation, working with the seller’s tax accountant and tax attorney we were able to devise a tax strategy that lowered taxes on the sale to the seller by 20% which equaled $300,000.
  • An owner of a landscaping company had been trying to sell their business for over a year by themselves.  We were able to find a buyer who paid the seller’s desired price and we proceeded to closing within 6 months.
